2025 Camps (Confirmed)

Base 31 is hosting an outdoor summer camp every week of the summer combining art, science, nature, and play for ages 4-12. Home base is Moir House with outings to the Sensory Garden and other spots around the Base. Cost: the early bird rate is $275+HST for 5-day weeks (pro-rated for shorter weeks), and you can add on lunches for $50/week (5-day week, pro-rated for shorter weeks) from Cressy Mustard. Hours: 9-4.

The Baxter Arts Centre offers a wide array of camps for kids aged 4.5-13 in a variety of locations – circus arts, visual art, dance, Dungeons & Dragons, and more!

County Acrobatics and Pure Joy Dance is offering their popular Horse Love & Acrobats camp for kids aged 5+. Kids will split their camp week between horsemanship at the farm in South Marysburgh (2 days) and acrobatics (3 days) at a variety of locations depending on the week. Weeks are July 7th-11th, August 5th-8th (short week), and August 18th-22nd. Cost: $311/week + HST ($250+HST for the short week). Hours: 9-3. Learn more and register on their website.

County Acrobatics and Pure Joy Dance is adding a new Gotta Dance camp for kids aged 5+. They will explore ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical/contemporary, hip-hop and create their own routines. Camp weeks are August 11th-15th and 25th-29th, taking place in Picton. Hours: 9-3:30. Cost: $275+HST. Learn more and register on their website.

County Clippers camps will take place at CML Snider School in Wellington: Girls Rep will be August 5-8, Boys Rep will be August 11-14, and Youth Camp August 19-22. Registration form is here. Cost: $200 (includes camp t-shirt and pizza lunch on Friday).

The County Museums are offering a History Alive! Day Camp at Macaulay Heritage Park from July 7th-11th for for kids aged 6-11. Each day includes a combination of crafts, indoor and outdoor activities, and games that help campers connect with our community’s past. Email jchase@pecounty.on.ca for info and to register. Cost – $50/day+HST, including healthy snacks. Hours – 9-4.

The County Museums are also hosting an “Enchanted Mystery” Camp (think trolls, dragons, princes, princesses, knights, castles, etc.!) at Ameliasburgh Heritage Village from July 14th-18th for kids aged 6-10. Cost – $50/day+HST for the whole week, $55/day+HST for single days. Hours: 9:30-4. To register contact Jhubbs@pecounty.on.ca.

EPIC Day Camp is a Christian camp that runs out of Emmanuel Baptist Church for kids in grades SK-6. July 14th-18th has an arts theme; August 11th-15th is sports-focused. Cost – $160. Hours – 9-4.

Harbour Ridge Camp is a Christian camp on West Lake. Their Day Camps are running the weeks of Jul 7-11 and Aug 11-15 for ages 6-12. This year, they have 3 overnight camps for ages 5-14, Squirt Camp Jul 8-10, Junior Camp Aug 3-9, and Senior Camp Jul 13-19. They also have a weekday morning program for ages 0-12 called Blast. Check the website for pricing info and hours for each option.

Harper Run Stables is running hands-on pony 3-day half-day (9 a.m.-12 p.m.) camps on July 7-9, July 21-23, August 5-7, and 11-13. Campers will learn how to lead, groom, safely handle, tack up, safely mount/dismount, and more! Cost: $200/week. Email harperrunstables@yahoo.ca for more info and to register. Hours – 9-12.

The Hub Child & Family Centre offers a summer camp – generally at PECI and Kente Public School – for children ages 4-12. Cost – $43/day. Hours – 7:00-5:30.

The Milford Nature Camp takes place at the Mount Tabor Shed (2179 County Road 17) and open to kids aged 4-9. Arts and crafts and lots of outdoor fun are on the agenda! 3 weeks: July 7th-11th, July 14th-18th, July 21st-25th. Email milfordnaturecamp@gmail.com to register. Mount Pleasant Stables is offering a camp for ages 4+ with in-hand trail and obstacle courses, English and Western riding, daily horse care, arts & crafts & swimming. Music at Port Milford is running a half-day Choral Camp from July 7th-11th at Bloomfield Town Hall. Campers will engage in group singing, movement and dance, and instrumental music on Orff xylophones, and have snack time at the park (food not provided). There is a final performance at 11:30 on July 11th, and an extra celebration that afternoon at the Port Milford camp location with provided lunch, supervised swimming, etc. Contact Sam Hirst at mary.samantha.hirst@gmail.com for more info. Paper Kite Farm is hosting their Day Camp most weeks of the summer on their homestead near Black River. Daily farm-to-table meals will be prepared together using farm-fresh ingredients, hands-on farming experiences, animal interactions, nature-based arts and crafts, nature walks, and more. Cost – $710/week (early bird pricing until January 31st). Ages 5-12. Hours – 8:30-5:30.

Pleasant Bay Children’s Camp is a Christian camp located in Consecon offering 5 weeks of camp from July 7th-August 8th for kids aged 6-14. Cost – $340/week (HST included). Hours – 8:50-5.

The Prince Edward County Soccer Association (PECSA) is offering a one-week Challenger Soccer Day Camp from July 14th-18th at the Johnson Street soccer fields for ages 6-14 Early Bird discount cost – $175 for half days (9-12), $230 for full days (9-3).

The Prince Edward Fitness & Aquatic Centre (PEFAC) offers summer camps throughout July and August for kids aged 4-12. The kids will be swimming every day! Cost – $35/day, $145/week, $550/month. Hours – 8:30-4:30. Call PEFAC for more info. Registration is done in person at PEFAC.

The Prince Edward Yacht Club offers a Learn to Sail summer camp in Waupoos for kids aged 10-18 years. There are 7 weeks of camp from June 30th to August 15th. A minimum of 2 weeks attendance is recommended to facilitate completion of levels. Cost – $378/week. Hours – 9-4.

That Blue Barn is running a Farm Camp – Drama Camp Mash-Up! These are 2-week camps with a showcase on the final day running from July 14th-July 24th and August 11th-22nd. 2 sections spanning ages 4-15. Cost – $600 for 2-week session. Wildhearts Forest and Nature School is offering one week of forest summer camp programming at Edwin County Farms from July 14th-18th. “Each day we will explore the natural world with curiosity, creativity and respect. Imagine dandelion fritters and a glass of red clover lemonade under the shade of a willow tree after a day playing and exploring! Magic!” Hours: 9-3:30. Cost: $350.
